NASSAU, THE BAHAMAS–(Marketwire – Feb. 6, 2008) – Teekay Tankers Ltd. (NYSE:TNK) today announced that its Board of Directors has voted to declare a cash dividend of $0.1150 per share for the period of December 18, 2007 to December 31, 2007 ($3.00 per share on an annualized basis), representing a total cash dividend of $2.875 million. The cash dividend is payable on February 29, 2008 to all shareholders of record on February 15, 2008.
