Supporting UK’s Armed Forces Community
Teekay Gas has recently signed the Armed Forces Covenant pledge as part of our ongoing commitment to give seatime to Royal Navy Officers wishing to transitioning across to the Merchant Navy.
This pledge serves as an acknowledgement that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy and society they serve with their lives.
As part of the covenant, Teekay Gas has committed to give seatime to Royal Navy Officers with a view to transitioning across to the Merchant Navy.
Our Glasgow office currently employs four former Armed Forces personnel and hope to have many more join the Teekay LNG fleet in the future.
