Coming together across sea and shore in Chennai to remind us of what being together is all about.
Spirits were high as we brought together sea and shore at our first in-person Senior Officer Conference since the pandemic. Being together in sunny Chennai highlighted the importance of physical interaction in discussing strategies, learning concepts, and sharing ideas. The buzzwords during the conference were Ownership, Safety, and Mindset of Change. All of these circled around our SPIRIT values and the many aspects of our duties across the organization.
The lively discussions and interactive sessions were capped with a fun-filled Beach Olympics on the first day and an entertaining Gala Dinner on the second day where we honored our Long Service Awardees with services ranging from 15 to 35 years in the company.
Our colleagues described the conference as a “learning and memorable experience.” They also expressed feeling a strong sense of pride in being part of the Teekay family.
