The third and final Heritage Class shuttle tanker has officially joined the fleet!
Two years and nine months after the contract signing, the last Heritage Class newbuilding shuttle tanker is ready to sail to her home port of St. John’s, Newfoundland and join her sister vessels, the Beothuk Spirit and Norse Spirit.
These vessels are purpose built to serve in the harsh environment on oilfields offshore East Coast of Canada where we are the sole provider of shuttle tanker services to a group of nine oil companies.
The Heritage Class project has been completed without any lost time incidents equating to an impressive total of approximately 2.6 million man hours. A massive thank you to everyone around the world involved in making this project a reality.
We wish the ship and her crew safe sailing to St. John’s and in the years of operation to come!
