Kenneth Hvid
President & Chief Executive Officer
Kenneth Hvid was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of Teekay Tankers Ltd. in August 2024, joined the board of directors of Teekay Tankers Ltd. in 2017 and was appointed as its Chair in 2019. Mr. Hvid joined the board of directors of Teekay Corporation Ltd. in 2019 and has served as its President and Chief Executive Officer since 2017. Mr. Hvid served as a director of Teekay GP L.L.C., the general partner of Teekay LNG Partners L.P. (now known as Seapeak LLC), from September 2018 to January 2022 and from 2011 to 2015, and served as its Chair from May 2019 until January 2022. Mr. Hvid joined Teekay Corporation Ltd. in 2000 and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Teekay Gas Services, in 2004 and to President of the Teekay Navion Shuttle Tankers and Offshore division in 2006. He served as Teekay Corporation Ltd.’s Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President from 2011 to 2015. He also served as a director of Altera Infrastructure GP L.L.C. (formerly known as Teekay Offshore GP L.L.C.) from 2011 to June 2020, and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Teekay Offshore Group Ltd. from 2015 to 2016. Mr. Hvid has 30 years of global shipping experience, 12 of which were spent with A.P. Moller in Copenhagen, San Francisco and Hong Kong. In 2007, Mr. Hvid joined the board of Gard P. & I. (Bermuda) Ltd.
Brody Speers
Chief Financial Officer
Brody Speers was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Teekay Tankers Ltd. and of Teekay Corporation Ltd. in August 2024. Prior to this appointment, he served in several senior financial positions, including as Vice President, Finance of Teekay Corporation Ltd. since 2018, Treasurer of Teekay Corporation Ltd. since 2022 and as Chief Financial Officer of Teekay Gas Group Ltd., a company that provided services to Teekay LNG Partners L.P. and its affiliates, in 2017 and 2018. Prior to joining Teekay in 2008, Mr. Speers worked as a Chartered Professional Accountant for an accounting firm in Vancouver, Canada. Mr. Speers is also a Chartered Business Valuator.
Mikkel Seidelin
Chief Commercial Officer
Mikkel Seidelin was appointed as Chief Commercial Officer of Teekay Tankers Ltd. in August 2024, having previously served as its Head of Chartering & Commercial Operations since 2023. He joined Teekay in 2003 and has worked in various locations across the globe in commercial functions, including as Pool Manager for Taurus Tankers (LR2) and as Chartering Director for Teekay Tankers Ltd.’s Suezmax business. Mr. Seidelin holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
Rohit Kapoor
Ship Management
Rohit Kapoor was appointed as Head of Ship Management in 2020. He joined Teekay in 2013 and has held key leadership positions within Teekay Tankers, including heading fleets, operations, and HSEQ. Including sailing as a Master, Mr. Kapoor has over 33 years’ experience in oil tanker operations. Mr. Kapoor is a member of the ABS, DNV, and LR technical committees.
Eric Nagel
Business Development and Projects
Eric Nagel was appointed as Head of Business Development & Projects in 2023. He joined Teekay in 2015 as Director of Atlantic Aframax and Global Support Services, where he led the growth of our US Gulf Full-Service Lightering Program. Prior to joining Teekay, Mr. Nagel has 20 years combined sailing and shoreside experience. Mr. Nagel graduated from Kings Point Merchant Marine Academy and also currently serves as a Director to the Coast Guard Foundation Board.
Anne Liversedge
General Counsel
Anne Liversedge was appointed as General Counsel in 2022. She joined Teekay in 2006 as Associate General Counsel and has headed Teekay offices in the Netherlands and Bermuda. She has also served on the board of Teekay Petrojarl ASA and as the Secretary for Teekay GL L.L.C., the general partner of Teekay LNG Partners LP (now Seapeak LLC). Ms. Liversedge has more than 35 years of experience in the maritime and offshore energy legal and insurance industry. Prior to joining Teekay, Ms. Liversedge spent time in Norway and Greece with Skuld P&I Club and has been a partner at Thomas Cooper (as they then were). Ms. Liversedge is currently the Chair of the Intertanko Documentary Committee and is also a Director of the Board of the Bahamas Shipowners Association.
Jamus Spink
Vice President, Information Technology and Chief Information Officer
Jamus Spink was appointed as Vice President, IT & Chief Information Officer in 2019. He joined Teekay in 2007 and previously served as Director of the IT Project Management Office, where he led several key strategic projects based out of the UK and Norway. Prior to joining Teekay, Jamus held several senior IT roles in the healthcare sector in Canada. Mr. Spink holds a BSc. in Health Information Science and an MBA from Queen’s University.
N. Angelique Burgess
Assistant Secretary
N. Angelique Burgess was appointed as Assistant Secretary of Teekay Tankers Ltd. in September 2020. She is also the Assistant Secretary for Teekay Corporation Ltd. and acted as Secretary of Teekay GP L.L.C., the general partner of Teekay LNG Partners L.P. (now Seapeak LLC). Mrs. Burgess joined Teekay Corporation Ltd. in 2020 and currently serves as Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs. Prior to joining Teekay, she was employed as the General Manager at Concordia Maritime (Bermuda) Ltd., an international tanker shipping company. She has over 25 years of international shipping experience, having started her career at the Bermuda Ship Registry where she held the positions of Assistant Registrar of Shipping and Registrar of Shipping. Mrs. Burgess holds a Bachelor’s degree in management studies and has completed postgraduate training in Maritime Law. She is a Member of the Institute of Directors and has held several director positions. She is currently Deputy Chairperson and Director on the Bermuda Shipping and Maritime Authority Board, Past President, and a Director on WISTA Bermuda Board and Board Director on the Bermuda Maritime Academy.

Richard T. du Moulin
Director
Richard du Moulin joined the board of Teekay Tankers Ltd. in 2007. Mr. du Moulin previously served as President of Intrepid Shipping L.L.C. from its founding in 2002 until he retired from that position in 2022. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. du Moulin served as Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Marine Transport Corporation. Mr. du Moulin is a member of the Board of Trustees and Chair Emeritus of the Seamen’s Church Institute of New York and New Jersey. Mr. du Moulin currently serves as an advisor to Hudson Structured Capital Management, a private equity firm, and as Chair of Pangaea Logistics Solutions, Ltd., a dry bulk shipping company. He also served as Chair of Intertanko, the leading trade organization for the tanker industry, from 1996 to 1999 and previously also served as a director of Globe Wireless L.L.C. and Tidewater, Inc.
Sai Chu
Director
Sai Chu joined the board of Teekay Tankers Ltd. in 2019 and currently serves as the Chair of its Audit Committee. Mr. Chu brings extensive financial experience to Teekay Tankers Ltd. with over 30 years of finance, operations and strategy experience primarily with public companies in shipping, specialty finance, utilities and technology. From 2007 to 2015, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Seaspan Corporation (NYSE: SSW), a containership lessor, and prior to that he served in various financial roles within its related companies. From 1994 to 2004, he held financial roles within other companies, including BC Gas Inc. (now Fortis Inc.). He is currently Chief Financial Officer of EarthDaily Analytics Corp., a vertically integrated software and analytics space company developing world-first technologies in data services, satellite processing, machine learning, and actionable insights. Mr. Chu is a member of the Advisory Board of Maritime Partners LLC, a Jones Act-focused leasing platform and also serves on the Compensation Committee and as Chair of its Audit Committee. Mr. Chu is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
David Schellenberg
Director
David Schellenberg joined the board of Teekay Tankers Ltd. in 2019. Mr. Schellenberg joined the board of Teekay Corporation Ltd. in 2017 and was appointed as its chairman in 2019. He is a member of the Audit Committees of both Teekay Tankers Ltd. and Teekay Corporation Ltd. Mr. Schellenberg also served as a director of Teekay GP L.L.C., the general partner of Teekay LNG Partners L.P. (now known as Seapeak LLC), from 2019 until January 2022. Mr. Schellenberg brings over 25 years of financial and operating leadership experience to these roles. He is currently a Managing Director and Principal with Highland West Capital, a private equity firm in Vancouver, Canada. Prior to that, Mr. Schellenberg was with specialty aviation and aerospace businesses, Conair Group and its subsidiary Cascade Aerospace, from 2000 to 2013, serving as President and Chief Executive Officer from 2007 to 2013. Mr. Schellenberg also acted as a Managing Director in the Corporate Office of the Jim Pattison Group, Canada’s second largest private company, from 1991 to 2000. Mr. Schellenberg is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (FCPA, FCA).
Peter Antturi
Director
Peter Antturi joined the board of Teekay Tankers Ltd. in June 2021 and brings over 30 years of financial and operational experience in the shipping industry to this role. He has also served on the board of Teekay Corporation Ltd. since 2019. Additionally, Mr. Antturi serves as an executive officer and director of Teekay Corporation Ltd.’s largest shareholder, Resolute Investments, Ltd. (Resolute), as well as other subsidiaries and affiliates of Kattegat Limited, a parent company of Resolute. Mr. Antturi previously worked with Teekay from 1991 through 2005, serving as President of Teekay’s shuttle tanker division, as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Controller.
